A comprehensive training session on the Relevance of Social Media Marketing and Feedback Mechanism was conducted exclusively for Unit Heads of all verticals on 25th November 2024 at Hotel Deepa Comforts . This session aimed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage social media as a powerful tool for brand building, customer engagement, and driving business growth. Special emphasis was placed on understanding the feedback mechanism, highlighting how listening to and acting on customer feedback through social platforms can enhance customer satisfaction, improve services, and foster loyalty.

Additionally, the training addressed the pressing need to meet outstanding and sales targets and operational benchmarks by the year-end.
